Follow-up support - do I need it?
We offer two options for follow-up support:
1. Full Monthly management
- for a small monthly fee we will always be here for any edits, add-ons that you may need at any time, just contact us and we will sort it for you. Also choose to receive weekly or monthly reports to see where you are getting most traffic from, this allows you to better decide on your future marketing strategy.
2. Complete handover to you
- If you are confident you can manage your website once it is designed, this is the option for you. Once your website is complete we will hand it over to you, so you can edit, manage subscriptions etc.
Can I have an eCommerce
Site ?
Absolutely! Selling on your own eCommerce site is the most cost effective way of selling online. You will have complete control over your prices (no more seller's fees!) edit and add stock anytime, automatic checkouts, and automatic updates sent to your customer when they leave something in their basket or make a purchase.
How does the process work?
We will first have a meeting, either face to face or via Zoom when we will discuss your requirements, time frame, cost, etc.
We will also discuss what content you have or will need to supply me with before and during the process.
Throughout the designing process you will be asked if you are happy with the design and asked for your feedback on this.
Where are you based?
We are based near Moira in Northern Ireland. Just 30 minutes from Belfast and 35 minutes from Newry.
We are flexi workers so we are happy to travel to meet you at your premises for our meetings.
Payment Plan
For 5 Day Websites 50% payment will be needed upfront and 50% on completion of your website.
For Custom and eCommerce websites, a payment plan will be arranged at our first meeting.
